Terms of Use
The terms on which this website is made available, and what using it does — and does not — commit either side to.
Interim terms. These terms describe how this website works and repeat the regulatory disclosures RKC Finserve already makes. Several clauses that a lawyer must draft — liability, governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution and the firm’s registration particulars — are deliberately left blank and marked [To be confirmed by RKC Finserve]. They have not been written on the firm’s behalf.
Scope
These terms cover your use of rkcfinserve.com. They are not a client agreement, and they do not create any relationship for the provision of a financial product or service.
Any product you go on to take — a mutual fund scheme, an insurance policy, a loan — is governed by the documents and terms of the institution issuing it, not by this page. By continuing to use this website you accept the terms set out here. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

What RKC Finserve does, and does not do
Distribution
Mutual funds
RKC Finserve is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks — read all scheme related documents carefully. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any scheme.
Not advisory
No investment advice
RKC Finserve does not provide investment advisory services and is not acting as an investment adviser. Material on this site, including the calculators and the resources, is general information and illustration only. It takes no account of your particular circumstances.
Partners
Insurance and loans
Insurance and loan products are facilitated through partner institutions. Eligibility, approval, pricing, terms and charges are determined solely by the respective institution. RKC Finserve does not underwrite, sanction or guarantee any product.
Illustrations
The calculators
The calculators on this site perform arithmetic on the assumptions you enter. Their output is an illustration, not a projection, forecast, promise or guarantee of any return or outcome. Actual results will differ.

Client accounts
- You must give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been used without your knowledge.
- Access to the client calculators is granted at RKC Finserve’s discretion. An account may be approved, declined or suspended, and we are not obliged to give reasons.
- One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
Clause 3
Consultation bookings
A booking made through this site is a request for a meeting. It is not an offer, an engagement, or a commitment by either side to any product or transaction. We may need to move or decline a slot; if we do, we will tell you.
Clause 4
Acceptable use
- Do not use this site for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with its operation or with other users.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its accounts or its underlying systems.
- Do not scrape, harvest, copy in bulk or republish the content of this site without written permission.
- Do not submit anyone else’s personal details through the forms on this site unless you are entitled to do so.
Clause 5
Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, illustrations and code of this website belong to RKC Finserve or to the parties it has licensed them from, and may not be reproduced without permission. Scheme names, product names and institutional marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
Clause 6
Links to other sites
Where this site links to an asset management company, insurer, lender, regulator or other third party, that link is provided for convenience. RKC Finserve does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
Clause 7
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and its information current, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or up to date at every moment. Rates, product features and regulatory requirements change, and the institution’s own documents always prevail over anything shown here.
Clauses 8 to 11
Clauses that need the firm’s own legal input
The following clauses have deliberately not been drafted. Each one turns on facts about the firm, or on legal positions, that only RKC Finserve and its adviser can settle.
8. Limitation of liability. [To be confirmed by RKC Finserve] The extent to which the firm limits or excludes liability for use of this site and reliance on its content must be drafted and approved by the firm’s lawyer.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction. [To be confirmed by RKC Finserve] No governing law, seat, court or arbitration clause has been written here.
10. Firm particulars. [To be confirmed by RKC Finserve] The legal name of the entity, its constitution, any registration or GST number, and the registered office address to be published on this site are not stated here. The only regulatory identifier confirmed for publication is the AMFI registration number, ARN-263584.
11. Complaints and grievance redressal. [To be confirmed by RKC Finserve] The internal complaints route, the named officer, response timelines, and the correct escalation path to the AMC, AMFI or SEBI must be confirmed before they are published.
Until these clauses are settled, nothing on this page should be read as the firm’s final position on liability, jurisdiction or dispute resolution.

Changes, and how to reach us
These terms may be revised. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and material changes will carry a new publication date.
