The questions, answered plainly.
What this firm is and isn’t, what a consultation actually involves, and what nobody in this business can honestly guarantee — the same answers we give on the phone.
What this firm is and isn’t, what a consultation actually involves, and what nobody in this business can honestly guarantee — the same answers we give on the phone.
Before anyone signs anything the same questions come up: what this firm is and isn’t, what a calculator can and cannot tell you, and what a lender will never commit to in advance. They are set out below in the words we’d use on the phone, including the answers that are simply “no”.

No. RKC Finserve is a brand / trade name for financial services facilitation. Mutual fund distribution services are offered through Nikita Ketan Savani, AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, under ARN-263584. The firm does not provide investment advisory services unless separately registered under applicable SEBI regulations.
In practice: a distributor helps you understand schemes, assess suitability and complete the process, and is required to disclose risks properly — but the decision, and the account, remain yours.
No — and be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. The calculators assume a constant rate purely for illustration. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; past performance may or may not be sustained in the future, and returns are not guaranteed or assured.
The first conversation is about understanding your position — income, cash flow, liabilities, goals, risk appetite and horizon. No product is discussed until that picture is clear. Contact us and we’ll explain how engagement works for your specific requirement before anything begins.
No one legitimately can. Final approval, sanction amount, interest rate, processing charges and tenure are always subject to the policy and discretion of the respective bank, NBFC or financial institution. What we do is improve the quality of the application: right lender for the profile, eligibility understood beforehand, documentation complete, and the proposal presented properly.
FOIR — Fixed Obligation to Income Ratio — is the share of your monthly income that lenders allow to go toward EMIs, typically around 50%. Your existing EMIs are subtracted from that allowance; what remains is the EMI you can “carry”, which sets the loan amount. Our eligibility estimator uses exactly this logic.
A salaried income is verified by a salary slip; a business income has to be demonstrated — through ITRs with computation, financial statements, GST returns and banking. For larger limits, lenders may also ask for CMA data (a projected financial statement format). Preparing these properly is a core part of our business finance support.
They answer different risks: term insurance protects your family’s finances if you are not there; health insurance protects your savings when treatment costs arrive. Most households need both, and the right order and amounts depend on dependants, liabilities and employer cover. Policy terms, exclusions and waiting periods are the insurer’s — read the policy documents carefully before purchase.
Not always. The saving from a lower rate must exceed the switching costs — processing fees, legal and valuation charges, MOD/stamp costs — and the comparison must be like-for-like on tenure. The balance-transfer calculator shows the gross saving; the consultation nets off the costs.
A note on all of the above. Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is an offer or a guarantee. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks — read all scheme related documents carefully. Loan sanction, rate and charges remain at the discretion of the respective bank, NBFC or financial institution.
Ask us directly — explaining these things simply is most of what we do.
