Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why it collects it, and how to ask us about the information we hold.
What this website collects, why it collects it, and how to ask us about the information we hold.
Interim notice. This policy is written from what this website actually does, and the description of data handling below is accurate. The clauses marked [To be confirmed by RKC Finserve] still need RKC Finserve’s own legal review before this page should be relied on as final.
This notice applies to rkcfinserve.com and to information you give us through it — when you register for a client account, request a consultation, or get in touch.
RKC Finserve is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. It also helps clients arrange insurance and loan products, which are facilitated through partner institutions. This notice covers the website. Where you go on to take a product through an asset management company, insurer or lender, that institution collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy, which it will give you.

Every part of this site that takes information from you, or records something about your visit, is listed below — each one described exactly as it works.
Your full name, email address and mobile number, together with a password you choose. The password is never stored in readable form — WordPress keeps only a salted hash of it. Your account also carries a flag recording whether access to the client calculators has been requested, approved or declined.
When you book a consultation, the booking system built into this website (Amelia) records the name, email address and phone number you enter, the service you select, and the date and time you choose. These records are stored in this website’s own database and are used to run and confirm the appointment.
The “Prefer WhatsApp?” panel sends nothing to our servers. What you type is assembled into a message inside your browser and handed to WhatsApp; it is sent only when you send it. From that point the conversation is carried by WhatsApp and handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
The assistant on this site is rule based and runs entirely inside your browser. It makes no request to any server and no third-party service. Your side of the conversation is held in the browser tab’s own sessionStorage and is discarded when you close the tab.
The sign-in, registration and password-reset forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. On those pages your browser loads a script from Google and sends Google information about the request — including your IP address and how you moved through the page — so that Google can return a score telling us whether the submission looks automated. We see only that score; we do not receive the underlying data. This is a transfer of information to Google and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms of service.
As with any website, requests to rkcfinserve.com are logged by the hosting platform: IP address, browser user-agent string, timestamp and the page requested. These logs exist for security and fault diagnosis, not for marketing.
If you sign in to a client account, WordPress sets session and authentication cookies so the site can keep you logged in. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Google reCAPTCHA, described in the card above, sets its own cookies on the pages that carry an account form. If a spam-protection or analytics service is added later, this section must be updated: [To be confirmed by RKC Finserve]
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. No decision affecting you is taken automatically by this website — a person reads what you send.
[To be confirmed by RKC Finserve] The named list of processors and partner institutions, and any data-processing agreements required with them, must be confirmed by the firm before this section is final.
[To be confirmed by RKC Finserve] Any minimum retention period that applies to a mutual fund distributor’s client records under Indian regulation must be confirmed, and this section brought into line with it.
Write to us at contact@rkcfinserve.com from the email address on your account, or call +91 98192 61645 during Mon–Sat, 10:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 19:00, and tell us what you would like to see, correct or have deleted. We will ask you to confirm who you are before we act on the request, and we will tell you if there is anything we are required to keep.
Postal enquiries: RKC Finserve, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
[To be confirmed by RKC Finserve] The statutory rights this policy must set out, the time limit for responding, and the name and contact details of the grievance officer required under Indian data protection law all need the firm’s legal adviser to confirm them. Nothing on this point has been drafted on the firm’s behalf.
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, the site is served over HTTPS, and access to the client records held in it is limited to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
If this notice changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new publication date.
